Nope! While the original Root Cause Reset Program +Coaching was created with anyone who identifies as a woman in mind, other individuals can utilize the tools in this self-led version course!

Yes! We’ve had students join pregnant or get pregnant during their RCR. If you are pregnant or may become pregnant, choose Track 2 or 3 for your RCR Food Plan and if you use supplements, check for any contraindications with your trusted provider before making changes.

Yes! The foundations we cover in Root Cause Reset (food, supplements, lifestyle) are supportive of happy hormones. However, even if you are not in the cycling season (on hormonal birth control, pre or postmenopausal, hysterectomy, etc.) Root Cause Reset principles still apply! Everyone deserves smooth digestion, consistent energy, and solid metabolism.

Live coaching is NOT included in the self-led Root Cause Reset course, via DM, or email. Your enrollment indicates your understanding of this. However! students may leave questions in the course portal after reviewing their lessons. Diane responds to these once per week during business hours. If you desire high-touch, live coaching from Diane and connection in a group setting, we invite you to join Root Cause Reset +Coaching in January 2023. It includes access to a private student community and monthly coaching calls.

Nope! Because this is a digital program with downloadable resources there are NO refunds. No exceptions.

No. However, some clients with HSA or FSA accounts have been able to use them towards their program investment and/or their supplements in RCR. Coverage varies, so check with your provider to see if nutrition coaching may be covered!

The strategy you learn in Root Cause Reset apply and serve you wherever you call home. As for product or supplement recommendations, we have specific guides available for U.S. and Canadian students. We have alumni in the UK, Europe, and Southeast Asia - similar recommendations may be available near you.! -

Video lessons are generally 20min or less…about the length of an episode of The Office! Weeks 1 and 2 are front-loaded with material and ease up from there. The most successful RCR students plan on blocking off at least 1 hour each week for their lessons. You’ll also have module objectives to make your next steps clear!
